- Stock Market Performance (15%) — Total Shareholder Return vs S&P 500
- Growth & Innovation (15%) — Revenue growth rate, market share, R&D investment
People Outcomes (50%)
- Workforce Management (25%) — Layoff frequency, timing, treatment, CEO sacrifice
- Leadership Posture (25%) — Strategic direction, stakeholder trust, Glassdoor approval
The composite score is a weighted average (0-100), placing equal emphasis on business results and how leaders treat their workforce.

Methodology
The scorecard uses Gemini AI with Google Search grounding for real-time data collection. Each factor is evaluated independently with specific prompts, producing a score (0-100), reasoning narrative, and key metrics.
Tiers: Excellent (80-100), Good (60-79), Needs Improvement (40-59), Poor (0-39)
