End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: March 28, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Netrun Systems, Inc. ("Licensor") for the use of our software products.
1. License Grant
Subject to payment of applicable fees, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software in accordance with the applicable subscription plan.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the software except as expressly permitted
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Sublicense, rent, or lease the software to third parties
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the software to build a competing product
3. Ownership
The software and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Netrun Systems. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.
4. Data
You retain ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Support and Updates
Support and software updates are provided according to your subscription plan. We may release updates at our discretion.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL NETRUN SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.
8. Termination
This Agreement terminates when your subscription ends or if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software. Data export is available for 30 days after termination.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
