Netrun Systems provides cloud infrastructure management platforms, AI tools, consulting services, and related SaaS products. Service availability, features, and pricing may change with notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt service availability
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Resell access without written authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and intellectual property in our services remain the property of Netrun Systems. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.

6. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled per our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netrun Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Netrun Systems against claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
